How to activate an account

When you have registered and signed up your account will usually become active. If for some reason you register and it does not activate your account or send an activation email let us know. If  paying TLC Signature members  memberships need reactivation for some reason and your payment has gone through let us know and we will correct the issue.

How do I cancel my reoccurring subscription membership.

You can just send us an email and let us know you wish to cancel your paying subscription. We will then cancel your paying subscription and will leave it run for it's remaining term paid for until it expires.

If you wish to have your account registration deleted as well let us know. We can remove your account at the same time.  Through paypal You can either go into your paypal account and cancel the subscription yourself or we can cancel it from our end. If it is through stripe let us know and we will cancel it.   After either way you can always send us an email if you wish us to confirm things are cancelled

How do I delete my account.

If you would like to delete your account with Twillow Lifestyle,  you can just send us an email requesting your account be removed.

If you have a reoccurring subscription, you can cancel it yourself if it's with paypal or let us know and we can cancel it for you as well. If it is through stripe let us know and we will cancel it for you.   After doing this you can always send us an email if you wish us to confirm it for you
